Welcome to the New UM Business Law Review Website

The University of Miami Business Law Review is pleased to introduce you to its new look, new website, and new blog. The BLR is a fully accredited law review that is published at least twice a year and focuses on legal issues arising within the business world. These topics include, but are not limited to, corporations, tax, antitrust, bankruptcy, real estate, securities, insurance, labor, intellectual property, arts, entertainment, and sports law. With its new blog, the BLR will provide updates on developments within the world of business law, and offer analysis of important new issues.
