Raymond Nicholas is currently externing at the in-house department of VPX Pharmaceuticals. He is currently working on a $20 million dollar class action titled Kahru v. Vital Pharmaceuticals, as well as a case called Vital Pharmaceuticals v. Prosupps Inc. He drafts motions and memos, conduct research, and assist the general and associate counsel on all legal matters. He works with a lot of corporate issues, trademark and patent issues, and litigation.
Steven Vitale is the recipient of the Leonore Carrero Nesbitt Scholarship, the Thomas E. and Dorothy Bartsche McDougall Scholarship, and the Paul R. Gordon Scholarship. He is working as a certified legal intern at the Juvenile Division of the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office. He is also writing an article covering the corruption trial of former Virginia Governor Robert McDonnell and his wife for The Champion magazine, the renowned criminal law journal of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the organization he worked at this summer in Washington, D.C. The article examines the trial process and verdict, as well as covers issues associated with overcriminalization and overfederalization.
